Maui Hawaii - Road to Hana

While in Maui, a few of us decided to rent some bikes and ride the road to Hana. The terrrian is unbelievable and the road is well maintained. It was well worth the time and was a great way to spend a day in paradise. Here are some pics from the trip.

2008 Southern Utah Ride

This fall we decided last minute to ride southern Utah instead of Canada due to the weather. Those riding this year were: Tony Ashton, Stephen Ashton, Scott Ashton, Todd Ashton, Ruben Pruneda, Mark Knight, Duane Sessions, Jerry Yorgesen, and Clint Gilbert (though we never saw him!). We had a great time touring the area. The weather was great and the scenery extraordinary. We traveled over 1,400 miles in 4 days and never got a single speeding ticket! We would recommend this ride as one to not be missed!!

2008 Jacksen O. Ashton Memorial Day Bike Ride

8 of us including Myself, Stephen, Bob, Ann, Lynn Eppich, Scott McGary, Grant Gilbert, and others took a day ride from Othello to Mt. St. Helens to raise money for the Jacksen O. Ashton Foundation. It was a very rainy day, but it was good to get out in the open. We did not know, however, that the road to Windy Ridge was still closed due to the heavy snowfall we recieved last winter. We had a good time and raised some money for a good cause. Stephen and I hope to make it a annual event! Here are some of the pictures from the day.

Jacksen Will be missed

We will always remember all the good times we spent together as family and friends. Your sense of humer was always a bright spot in our lives. We look forward to the day we will be together again as a family!! We feel so blessed to have been able to spend so much time as a family traveling, swimming in the back yard, snowmobiling, snowboarding, boating, hanging out at the cabin, and all sorts of other adventures. I will miss listening to you get me excited about all the upcoming tv shows, movies, playstation games, etc coming up. WE WILL LOVE YOU FOREVER!!
